                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO EXECUTE A LEASE
                   AGREEMENT WITH E. I. DU PONT DE NEMOURS AND
                   COMPANY RELATIVE TO THE CITY'S LEASE OF
                   THEIR BASEBALL FIELDS.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of Parks and
       Recreation Department be and is hereby authorized to execute a
       Lease Agreement with E. I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company 
relative
       to the City's lease of their baseball fields.
